The showthesefields statement makes specific fields in the data sheet visible, hiding all others.
Parameters
This statement has one parameter:
fields – is a carriage return delimited list of fields to show.
Description
This statement makes specific fields in the data sheet visible, hiding all others.
For example, suppose you have a contact database that includes, names, addresses, etc. If you want to view only names and electronic communication, while hiding street addresses, use a statement like this:
showthesefields commatocr("Name,Phone,Email,Twitter")
