The nowatchcursor statement does nothing, and is only retained for compatibility with earlier versions.

Description
In old versions of Panorama, this statement told Panorama to suppress the watch and pie cursors that Panorama used to display when performing a potentially slow operation. Since Panorama no longer displays the watch and pie cursors, this statement is no longer needed. It is included so that older procedures will compile without errors.
