The noimplicitassignment statement does nothing, and is only retained for compatibility with earlier versions.

Description
In old versions of Panorama, this statement disabled implicit assignments. Since Panorama no longer supports implicit assignments, this statement is no longer needed. It is included so that older procedures will compile without errors.
