The uspssecondaryunits( function returns a list of USPS (United States Postal Service) secondary suffix designation abbreviations.

Description
This function returns a list of USPS secondary suffix designation abbreviations in this format:
APT:APARTMENT;BLDG:BUILDING;BSMT:BASEMENT;DEPT:DEPARTMENT;FL:FLOOR; ...
This table is designed to be used with the arraylookup( and arrayreverselookup( functions.
