Panorama Serial Numbers
Every non-demo
copy of Panorama has a
serial number, which is
e-mailed to you when you purchase the software.
You'll need the serial number to
download
and
activate
the
software, to submit technical support
incidents, and to
purchase upgrades. (Note:
When you upgrade the software from a previous
version your serial number doesn't change. Our
server keeps track of what version has been
purchased for each serial number.)
We recommend
that you keep a copy of your Panorama serial
numbers in a safe place. However, if you your
serial number is lost or misplaced you can
search our registration database to find it
again by following the instructions
below.
Finding Your Panorama Serial Number
(if software is installed and activated)
If
Panorama 4.0 or later is
currently installed and activated on your computer
you can find out the full serial number at any
time. If you are running Panorama 5.5 or later
simply open the
About Panorama window (from
the Panorama menu). If you are running Panorama 4.0
or 5.0 the serial number can be found in the
Registration... window, which
may be opened from the
File or
Setup menus. The
serial number will consist of 5 digits, followed by
a period and 2 or 3 additional digits or numbers,
like this:
98765.Xa9
If Panorama 3.1 or earlier is installed on your computer you can use the About Panorama window to find a partial serial number (just the 5 numeric digits, for example 98765). You can then find out the complete serial number with the Partial Serial Number search page. Note: A complete Panorama 3.x serial number looks like this:
1-98765-ZYXABC
98765.Xa9
If Panorama 3.1 or earlier is installed on your computer you can use the About Panorama window to find a partial serial number (just the 5 numeric digits, for example 98765). Finding Your Panorama Serial Number
(if software is NOT installed or activated)
If
Panorama is not currently installed on your
computer then you'll need to search for your serial
number in our Registration database. You have
several options for performing this search, you can
try different options until you find the
number.
If
you know your full Panorama serial number you can
check and modify the registration information we
have on file for you (address, e-mail, phone,
version and licensing information).
If
you know only the numeric portion of the serial
number you can still find your full serial number
if you can also supply at least one of the
following additional items: your last name,
organization, or phone number.
Click here to
search for serial numbers that are registered to
your e-mail address (the list of matching serial
numbers will be e-mailed to you).
Click here to
search for serial numbers that were paid for with
your credit card number.
If
you cannot locate your serial number based on any
of the methods above you can submit a custom search
request. This request will be hand processed by a
ProVUE Development employee (there is a procesing
charge of $6 for this service).
