Enterprise server not starting

I re-installed over the panorama and nothing has change. I copied the  
_enerpriseServerLib from a working machine and it didn't help still  
the same error message.

I wanted to clean re-install because I really have to get this back on  
rail asap, but when I try to de-activate the software it gives me call  
to undefined procedure.

So I am really stuck now and my server if really not working. I sent  
also a request for technical support.
