GetText with seq() problem

I'd like to take this:

seq() ² 100

which I can use manually in a FormulaFindSelect to limit the length  
of a list

and incorporate it into a GetText dialog so the user can input the  
number. But not sure how to do it. I imagine it would have a command  
and then:  seq() ² howMany

but my various attempts all produce errors.

So I'm stuck here:

local howMany
howMany=150"

GetText "Choose the top _______ items:",howMany
