All Mac/Pan Office

The built-in OS X fax software may be sufficient for Mark. Those are the
sorts of criteria that he needs to consider as he designs this office. It
sounds like he needs to have incoming faxes go to specific machines. That
may require modems for each phone line. Alternatively, he could use a fax
service.

What may be more important than a network modem would be a network scanner
to convert paper to images and sends it to different machines. I just got an
all-in-one (Canon Pixma MX850, I am sure there are others) which does that.
However, whether that is the best solution, or individual machines for each
user, or something else will depend on how the office will operate, the size
of the office, the budget, and other factors like that. It is just one of
the many things that he needs to consider in the design of this office.
However, the capability is there.
