You should be able to use the Get Info box in the Finder and the Open  
With panel to set the linked application to you current version of  
Panorama. Also click the Change All button to affect all similar  
files. You can also just drag the file icon onto your Panorama icon  
in the dock to open them. These ancient files contain type/creator  
tags that the current finder does not recognize until you associate  
them with the newer version of Panorama.
