Strange fonts in trial mode on the PC (Windows)

I have a number of people who want to try Panorama's Trial Mode on the PC (Windows), but they were turned off & quit when the fonts in the designsheet were in a strange font & unreadable. Also the number of records & Number selected were in the same font.  I Donloaded Ver 4.02 and the same thing happens. Is there any fix to the above?.
