I am running Pan 5.5 current version on Mac G3's, and Enterprise on a Mac Mini with about 10 users. Works fantastic.

After reading the manual and through the past postings, I am a little nervous on serverformulafill functions and therefore hoping that one of you experts could offer me the code for the procedure so this work will work without messing up my database.  It appeared simple until Jim Rea noted it is a little tricky.  thanks in advance for any help.

I have a database called    CONTACT MGMT      name is exactly as noted

I have a numeric field in this database called     CALL ATTEMPT QTY       name is exactly as noted

All I want to do is fill the field with 0 or blank.  All we do during the day is put numbers in this field from 1 to maybe 50, then throughout the day we run a procedure to total the current numbers in the field.  At the end of each day I want to activate the procedure and the serverformulafill to clear-out all the numbers.  We typically have several 100 records to change.  The regular formula fill is just way to slow.

By the way I have created a complete dial out system that works with PBX systems for mass calling people individually.  if anyone is interested, glad to offer it if needed.  Send me an email.
