Any Pan developers or enthusiasts in Houston area or by phone for tutoring?

I received a positive reply from an out of town developer which I  
appreciate. I wonder if there is anyone is Houston so we could meet  
in person. Have I mentioned I am willing to pay you for your time? ;-)
