Printing crashes

Hi,

I recently purchased an HP7280 printer and found that after installing the drivers, it caused Panorama (Windows version) to crash. It must be something that HP is doing in their drivers that messes up Panorama. I have Epson printers that have no such problems. I reported these conditions to HP but, of course, they claim no responsibility and have no solutions when it has to do with other software.

I have a client who states that every user who tries to print to a networked color printer HP3800 crashes Pano when printing. But nobody has problems with the networked black and white printers, both an HP1320 and HP4100. They said the printers are set up via IP and they are using the newest drivers. Is anybody else experiencing problems with these printers?

  Thanks,
