Can one search for a quote character inside text fields

The character that is used as the opening quote establishes which 
character will be used as the closing quote. In a Find/Select... 
dialog, Panorama *always* wraps what you type in double quotes (if 
it's a text field) so a single quote is never considered to be a 
quoting character in that context. Double quotes are the problem, 
because whether you like it or not, that's what is being used to open 
the quote, and the one you type can be interpreted as the closing 
quote.
