Odd Text Editor behavior

Not quite. When I scroll back up out of the text box in Safari, I return to scrolling the main form. (It works the opposite way if I approach it from the bottom, too.) If I move the cursor outside the text box, it returns to scrolling the main form. It never messes up the drawing of the whole page no matter what I do. None of this is true for Panorama, unfortunately. I'm afraid Jim has some work to do....
