Just a WAG, but two things come to mind: the procedures in Power Team  
may contain chr(254) or chr(255) in a sequence that mucks up the  
dictionary procedures. You might be able to loop thru them and do a  
search. Another stab is file extensions. If the PT files have them, or  
references to files with them, try removing them. This was the core  
problem with the old cross-ref wizard that was so elusive. Good luck.
