One interesting item that comes to mind during these 2 consecutive
sessions of corruption was that the server started with a USB
keyboard attached and then after Panorama had booted, the USB
keyboard was detached from the computer. The server is a headless
'Mac mini' but during these two boots, I had a keyboard attached when
it was restarted (to avoid a Bluetooth searching for keyboard dialog)
but then after the boot was completed, I removed the keyboard.
Would the removal of the USB keyboard in any way affect Panorama and
could this have been the source of the corruption? (I have removed
USB keyboards and mice from computers for many years without any
noticeable effect.)
