4.0.2 db in 5.5, expandable TESOs don't expand, Print This Record tool bar item prints all records

Setting 72 dpi printing did not fix it. I tried Copy Form/Paste Form  
but this did not fix it. In graphics mode I did a select all, created  
a new form, pasted into the new form. This fixed it. I guess I'll  
just have to do that for each form that has a printing problem. It's  
got about 70 forms but use them sporadically so I'll just replace 'em  
as I need 'em.

Creating a new form also fixed the Print This Record tool bar button  
problem. It works as expected with the new form.

Before the fix regular forms had the problems described earlier. View  
As List forms printed as many times as there are records but with the  
pages blank.

The data seems to be intact. Just some form corruption.
