4.0.2 db in 5.5, expandable TESOs don't expand, Print This Record tool bar item prints all records

I've been using a Pan database file in 4.0.2 under Classic in 10.4.10  
that was created at least as long ago as June 2000 with whatever Pan  
version was current at the time.

I just opened it in Pan 5.5 under 10.4.10 and there are some printing  
issues. I used the Zap Page Setup wizard to zap all the forms but it  
did not help.

The forms with the printing problem have a Data Tile that is 8.5" x  
11" and no other Tiles. On the form there are various TESOs and some  
click text and some text boxes on the data tile. Some of the TESOs  
are set to be expandable. The click text and text boxes are near the  
top of the form. Some are above the Data Tile where there are also  
some buttons, because they are not intended to print. There are Fixed  
and Expandable TESOs the rest of the way down on the Data Tile.  
Nothing is below the Data Tile.

The way it has been working in 4.0.2 is if a TESO has more text than  
can fit within the size of the TESO the TESO expands downward during  
printing. Now, the TESOs do not change size at all. I have tried  
setting a TESO to Fixed Size, doing a save, changing it back to  
Expandable, doing another save.

Also, the old reliable Print This Record tool bar button now prints  
all records.

Oh, and when I say "print" I mean I click the Preview button in the  
Print... window rather than printing out on paper.

How can I resolve these printing issues?
