A Panorama template

I have a need for a database template which acts like a MS Word  
stationery document in that, when opened, it immediately saves itself  
as an untitled database already formatted to one's desires.  Whilst  
there re several templates of various sorts documented, I can't find  
anything that does quite what I want, so I've written my own.  Was  
this a waste of time?  Does anybody else have a similar need?  My  
solution is quite elegant.

I know I can set up a template, open it and save it as another name  
but then I often forget to do the SaveAs before I've changed something  
and saved.  The Word-style template avoids that problem.
