Bold entries are for files that are currently Open by a user. Do note 
that a bold entry will always have a number in the Users column. 
Clicking on the Users column will tell you which users have the file 
open.

(If the Last Saved column is red, that means there is an unsaved 
modification. This should not happen quite as often as it seems to 
happen, but you'll sometimes have some red records for days.)
