Import aborted before all of the data was loaded

I have 2 commands that might be involved in the occurrence of an odd 
error message. The error message is:

Import aborted before all of the data was loaded.

Where does this error come from?

The 2 commands that I think may be involved are:

ArraySelectedBuild

OpenFile "+ at VisitRecords"


The procedure that is erring has been running fine for many months 
but the error is new. Hmmm.
