VCard & Generic Fields

Barring a really clear answer to my last question, I think I can  
export in the appropriate format, taken form the example Apple  
Address book Contact:

I would love to make this really easy and I am still hoping for an  
example  from the list, but it's amazing how much time can be waisted  
waiting to get something right, vs just getting something done  
(correctly).
