Cross Reference errors with 'Missing Equals sign (=)'

Hello,

I recently came up against the "'Missing Equals sign (=)' error when
trying to cross reference a file. I think I tracked it down to having
a procedure name in the equation column of the design sheet that had
been deleted from the database but not from the design sheet. Someone
else can do more testing on this but after I deleted it in the design
sheet the file cross referenced properly.
