Completely separate from the programming aspect of this (which I'm sure
works fine) I would think twice or thrice about the economic logic of
saving a few pennies reusing labels like this. It seems to me that you
are running a significant risk of ruining your printer by doing this,
which would spoil the savings in a hurry. For this reason I would never
include code like this in Panorama -- I wouldn't want the blame if
someone's printer was damaged. If you really need to print small runs of
labels I would think you would be better off with one of the printers
specifically designed for printing labels.
I imagine some of you may say that you've done this successfully for
years, but I still have my doubts.
