They have become rare, but every once in a while something still 
triggers one. In fact, within the past minute I encountered another. 
In this case Enterprise was trying to save a new HTML page on the 
server and the page it was replacing had a permissions issue. That's 
not Panorama's fault and I'm still working on ways to deal with 
permissions.

Enterprise did, however, pop up the message on the server that the 
file was busy or locked.

BTW, it's probably proper behavior, but after Panorama creates a new 
file or folder,  SetFilePermissions can't change permissions if it 
was created as Read Only. Permissions are my least favorite aspect of 
OS X.
