Web Publishing Bumps

I published a new database to a web server yesterday.

A few hours later I had some altered procedures to post. The Database 
Sharing Options wizard had all the menu items for downloading, 
updating etc. dimmed. The Update Procedures button at the bottom of 
the page seemed to work though.

A while after clicking it a blank dialog appeared. Using VNC I 
checked in on the server and a dialog was sitting there, "Procedure 
Does Not Exist".

After clearing that, I found that the only way I could update my 
database was to manually delete the files from the server, then 
publish the database again.

My only guess as to what went wrong is perhaps I didn't save after 
publishing the file the first time.
