Printing problem with Brother Printer

James,

I bought a new MFC-845CW Printer today and have the same problem with
it. I forwarded your email to the tech I have been working with at
Brother and I'll see what kind of answer I get. The only answer I got
before was it was not compatible (my MFC-420CN) "Unfortunately,
Brother doesn't make postscript printers especially in inkjets which
is what the MFC420CN is." Not a very good answer as far as I'm
concerned. I also asked them what print was compatible and got not
answer.

Thanks for your help, I guess I'll have to look for another brand of
printer.
