Printing problem with Brother Printer

Has anyone experienced a printing problem with Mac OS x 10.5 and Brother Printers?  I recently upgraded to Panorama 5.5 and Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) and since then I have not been able to print my Panorama documents.  I've been working with Provue, Apple and Brother and everyone says it's not their problem.  I've tried Everything I can think of next to buying a new printer.  I have a Brother MFC 420CN printer.
