Ok, I poked around a bit and I believe I have found the problem. What
confused me was that you said it worked before and now it doesn't -- but
looking at the code it clearly never worked. Since I think you are the
only person using this feature the problem had not been reported before.
It will be fixed in the next release -- till then you'll need to keep
Personal Web Sharing on, or manually turn on sharing each time (the
SERVERDAEMON * specification is respected when turning on web
publishing, but not when the server boots).
