OT- Windows Backup

My PC is in a corporate environment, so the IT guys worry about back-ups. I
do know that if I go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools >
Backup there is a basic utility that may be included on your girlfriend's
system. It would be free and would not expire. I assume it works but have
never used it. I'm running XP Pro and do not know if this is included on
other Windows systems.
