Yes. This procedure puts the exported data into the selected cells in
the spreadsheet. The selected cells don't have to include the one in
the upper left. It's up to you to determine which contiguous block of
cells it should use, and which spreadsheet should receive the data.
The spreadsheet does not have to be blank, and this feature makes
more sense when it's not.
For what you seem to be doing, it might be simpler to export a text
file, and then use Excel to open the text file.
