Server rejecting connection

Yes sorry for my unclear explanation. I work with enterprise, on mac os
10.5 , I am able to open some database, but other databases when I try to
open them, panorama freeze and when I go to the server there is this error
message I wrote below. The ip address that the error display is the
external ip of the router, but the error defenetly is created from
panorama. Sometime the client computer also display that the version of
the database is old and I should update by downloading it from the server.

I'll provide a screenshot later today when I get there. I'll have to check
the authentication for panorama since I never created one.

Fo what has change since last time, I am stuck with a client that really
like to play around the database, and of course the probleme I receive is
'we didn't do anything, and it started giving us these error'. Very fun.
I'll send you more detail later today.

Thanks
