Need Help With Puzzling Text Object

About two years ago I created what I think is a text box in a Panorama form which contains return address information. Somehow I managed to get the top line of text to display in bold style. (I have no idea any longer how I accomplished two different font styles within a single text object. (If it isn't a text object what could it be?)

I would now like to edit the text and find that it is completely locked and useable only by Panorama. If I copy the text box and paste to some generic text or graphichs editor, the paste process produces a single line of text:  [Panorama Objects]. That is it.

I wonder if anyone could speculate or suggest to me how I might have gotten this and what I might use to open it? I am baffled.
