VPN connection

So I tryed to do the Start new sharing Generation, and it stated and  
then give me an error that it cannot connect to the server. All my  
other database can connect but now this database cannot connect  
anymore, and I don't know about my clients file at the other hand. Now  
I have no clue on how to reconnect, and I dont have access to my  
clients file for now. Any thought?
