merging files

You can merge all 38 files, then find something unique, like the  
phone number, and use "Select Duplicates" from the "Search" menu.  
Once you have the duplicates selected, you can manually review the  
records and keep what you want or propagate the phone field, select  
the records that are not empty, then remove the unselected records.

Also, if you have a serial number for your Panorama program, you  
should be able to download the documentation at ProVUE.com.
