The usual suspects are: set your form to 72 dpi in the form prefs; make sure
everything on a form fits withing the tile; make sure you don't have 'too
much data' to fit within layout elements if you have chosen to keep elements
together for printing purposes in regard to page breaks. Also check page set
up and set to 100%.
