-120 disk error on Vista

I don't have any information on Vista error numbers, but it is quite
possible that this error code means the same thing it does on the Mac.
We use a special tool to port Panorama to Windows that simulates MacOS,
and I think it would also return the same error codes. Does "directory
not found" make any sense?
