Image URL via Dragging

I'm in the process of working that out right now with but here's 
what's working.... so far.

webimagecache url, cachefile, html

If cachefile is a variable you can use it to copy the file to a 
permanent location.  Documentation is sparse but it's working for me 
with html blank.

I suspect this will be a Mac only capability since the browser has to 
provide the info about wht was dragged.
