any examples of Enterprise web forms on iPhone

I don't have any web forms that are optimized for the iPhone, but the
iPhone uses the same Safari browser as any Macintosh so Panorama web
forms work just the same as they do on the Mac.

If I was building a form specifically for use on the iPhone I would use
a narrow width so that the form wouldn't have to be scrolled left and
right to use it. Other than that, however, there shouldn't be any
probems -- Panorama Enterprise uses very standard vanilla HTML and CSS
markup.
