Not in the example I gave you. That's because I created these web page  
Panorama procedures before Panorama had the Web Forms tools detailed  
in Panorama Enterprise Handbook Chapter 6.

If I was starting from scratch today, I'd probably first try using  
Panorama's Web Forms.
If the Web Forms tools couldn't satisfy my special web page  
requirements, I'd then look at some of the other ways mentioned in the  
Panorama documentations.
