live lookups?

I use a similar feature for book orders. I can useGrabData to
lookuplast to fill in fields like address, phone, email etc when the
OrganizationName matches the new record.
I would not find it useful to change all previous records when an
organizational representative's name changes.....that would cause
confusion in regard to (all) the older records, which should remain
intact.
In the instance where I want a new representative, I grabdata for the
last record for a given organization, then manually change the first
name and last name for the new person so it doesn't screw up the
older records.....
