It's listed in the on-line Programmer's Reference wizard.

If you look at the first page of the Panorama Reference PDF file, it
suggests that you not use this PDF file because it has not been updated
past 4.0, and will not be. I would delete it completely, but there are
hundreds or perhaps even thousands of links to it from the Panorama
Handbook file.
