File Naming

That sounds right to me. Panorama keeps the original file open the whole
time, so it doesn't reference the name in memory when saving.

However, I think there may be an exception to that if you have the "keep
backup" option on. In that case I think it will use the in memory name.
So Jack, you might check to see if you have that option turned on, and
if so, turn it off.
