File Naming

That's not what's happening in my tests. If you do a SaveAs, it will 
offer the new name as the default, but if you just do an ordinary 
Save, or click OK when asked if you want to save the changes before 
closing, it saves with the same name as the file on the disk, in 
other words it saves with the old name.
