As a lurker, let me put in my cheers for the Dave Thompson and Gary  
Yonaitis show moderated by James Rea.  Others have been very  
helpful,  but the depth of knowledge and consistent quality of their  
responses to the list make the list and its archive another greatly  
appreciated volume of documentation.
