Uploading Images

I'm looking for a way to have a browser upload images, via an 
Enterprise rendered form, to a web server. It would seem to be 
possible with Panorama if it knows the name of the file on the user's 
computer or especially if it's on a web site.

Otherwise, I've found PHP, Flash, Java, etc scripts that do it, but I 
need to obtain the file names and add them to an Enterprise database.
