Form View Question

I have set up a form within our database for a Return Authorization Form. I
used the following to create a button in our main window that opens the
form:

Field "RMA Number"
OpenForm "Return Authorization Form"

When the form opens, it opens in a new window, however the window takes up
the entire screen and covers our main window. Is there a way to specify that
form open beside the main window in a separate screen? Such as a way to set
the dimensions of the new form and position it opens in on the screen?
