de-activate

Dear ProVue,
After having a kernal panic, I decided to re-install my software. At  
this point I'm
moving documents and re- installing applications. I have tried to de- 
activate
Panorama by using Panorama  and by logging onto Provue.com. nothing  
is working for me.

Please advise me
