Launch DB sets

In each of the examples the DBs are simple 3 field, only a data sheet  
with empty cells and when they fail a simple .initialze procedure  
with exactly one non comment item like
   local test
Absolutely nothing more. And Panoram 5.5 has been re-installed . Mac  
10.4.11, G5. The examples are on the same HD as the System and the  
Panorama software.

When the .initialize procedure was removed from the Address DB there  
was no load problem. The Address DB has been running thru 4.x and I  
believe 5.0. Remove that procedure from the examples and no problem.

It may, indeed, be a problem local to me, but the examples that fail  
are very simple and very repeatable.
